6β8 bone-in, skinless chicken thighs
1 can (400β450g) baked beans
1 medium onion, sliced
2β3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup BBQ sauce (optional but highly recommended)
Salt & pepper to taste

Prep the base
Spread the sliced onion and garlic at the bottom of your slow cooker.
Add the chicken
Place the chicken thighs on top. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the beans
Pour the canned baked beans evenly over the chicken.
Add BBQ flavor (optional)
Drizzle BBQ sauce over everything for extra richness.
Cook
LOW: 6β7 hours
HIGH: 3β4 hours
Finish & serve
Spoon the sauce over the chicken before serving. Great with rice, bread, or mashed potatoes.
