🧈 Golden Butter Dip Biscuits (4 Ingredients)
🛒 Ingredients:
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 ¾ cups buttermilk
½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted
(Yes, technically 5 items if counting salt—but still super simple!)
👩🍳 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Melt the butter
Pour the melted butter into a baking dish (about 9×9 inch / 23×23 cm).
Make sure it coats the bottom evenly.
Mix the dough
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add buttermilk and stir until a soft dough forms (don’t overmix).
Add dough to butter
Place the dough directly into the buttered dish.
Gently spread it out to the edges.
Cut before baking
Use a knife to score the dough into squares (this helps later).
Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown on top.
😍 Why These Are So Good:
The butter fries the bottom while baking → crispy edges 🤤
Inside stays soft, fluffy, and tender
No rolling, no cutting dough—just mix, pour, bake
