š Ingredients
800gā1 kg beef stew meat (or beef tips)
1 packet onion soup mix
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick), sliced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
2 tbsp water (optional)

Prep the beef
Place the beef tips into your slow cooker.
Add flavor
Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the meat.
Add garlic powder and black pepper.
Pour liquids
Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
Add butter š§
Place sliced butter evenly on top of everything.
Slow cook
Cover and cook:
Low: 6ā8 hours
High: 3ā4 hours
The beef will become incredibly tender and juicy.
Optional: Thicken the sauce
Mix cornstarch + water in a small bowl.
Stir into the slow cooker during the last 20ā30 minutes.
