🧄 Creamy Garlic Chicken (10-Min Prep)
🥩 Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt & pepper (to taste)
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
5–6 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Optional: spinach or mushrooms
👩🍳 Instructions
Season the chicken
Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.
Sear the chicken
Heat oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Remove and set aside.
Make the garlic sauce
In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute (don’t burn it!).
Add liquids
Pour in chicken broth and cream. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add cheese & seasoning
Stir in Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Let it thicken slightly (2–3 minutes).
Optional add-ins
Toss in spinach or mushrooms if using, cook until softened.
Combine
Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over it. Simmer for 3–5 minutes.
