3 large eggs
100g cream cheese (softened)
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Optional: garlic powder or herbs (for extra flavor)

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Separate the eggs
Put yolks in one bowl
Whites in another
Mix yolks + cream cheese
Blend until smooth and creamy
Whip egg whites
Add baking powder + salt
Beat until stiff peaks form (very important for fluffiness)
Combine gently
Fold egg whites into yolk mixture slowly (don’t overmix)
Shape & bake
Spoon small rounds onto the tray
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden
