π₯ Slow Cooker Buttered Potatoes & Onions
π Ingredients:
6β8 medium potatoes (peeled and cut into chunks)
1 large onion (thinly sliced)
4β5 tablespoons butter (cut into pieces)
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Β½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Β½ teaspoon paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Prep the slow cooker
Lightly grease your slow cooker or spray with non-stick spray.
Layer ingredients
Add the potato chunks and sliced onions into the slow cooker.
Add butter & seasoning
Place butter pieces on top, then sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Mix gently
Toss everything lightly so the butter and seasoning coat the potatoes.
Cook
LOW for 6β7 hours
or HIGH for 3β4 hours
(until potatoes are tender and buttery)
Finish & serve
Give it a gentle stir before serving. Sprinkle with fresh parsley if you like.
