🧀 Cheesy Sausage Crescent Bites
🛒 Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
200–250 g ground sausage (or kefta-style minced meat)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: chopped parsley or chili flakes
👩🍳 Instructions:
Cook the sausage
In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
Mix the filling
Add cheese, garlic powder, pepper, and optional herbs to the cooked sausage. Mix well.
Prepare the dough
Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
Fill & roll
Spoon a small amount of the mixture onto each triangle, then roll them up from the wide end.
Bake
Place on a baking tray and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.

You can swap sausage for shredded chicken or tuna
