🍯 Honey Glazed Pork Chops (Foil Packet)
🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)
4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
1/3 cup honey 🍯
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
Optional (but tasty):
Black pepper
Paprika or chili flakes (for a little kick)
Sliced onions or potatoes (to cook inside the foil)
🔥 Instructions
- Preheat
Oven: 200°C (400°F)
OR prepare a grill over medium heat. - Make the glaze
In a small bowl, mix:
Honey
Soy sauce
Garlic - Prepare foil packets
Tear 4 large pieces of aluminum foil
Place 1 pork chop in the center of each
Season lightly (pepper, paprika if using)
Spoon the honey glaze generously over each chop
👉 If using veggies (like onions or potatoes), place them under or around the pork. - Seal
Fold the foil tightly into sealed packets (keep juices inside!) - Cook
Oven: Bake for 25–30 minutes
Grill: Cook for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway - Optional caramelization (recommended 😍)
Carefully open the foil
Broil in the oven for 3–5 minutes to get that sticky, golden glaze
