๐ฅ Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls (Holiday Treats)
๐งพ Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter (softened)
2 cups powdered sugar
1 ยฝ cups crushed graham crackers (or digestive biscuits)
2 cups chocolate chips (for coating)
1 tbsp vegetable oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions:
Make the filling
In a bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
Add dry ingredients
Stir in powdered sugar and crushed graham crackers until a thick dough forms.
Shape
Roll into small balls (about 2โ3 cm). Place on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Chill
Refrigerate for 30โ45 minutes until firm.
Melt chocolate
Melt chocolate chips (microwave or double boiler). Add a little oil if needed for smoothness.
Dip
Dip each ball into melted chocolate, coat fully, and place back on the tray.
Set
Let them cool in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
โจ Tips:
You can drizzle extra chocolate on top for decoration
Add a pinch of salt for that sweet-salty flavor
Swap peanut butter for almond or hazelnut spread if you like
