✅ Ingredients
5–6 cloves fresh garlic
1/2 cup raw honey
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (preferably unfiltered)

Peel and crush the garlic
Lightly crush or chop the garlic cloves to release their juices.
Let it sit (important step)
Leave the crushed garlic for about 10 minutes to activate its beneficial compounds.
Mix everything together
In a clean glass jar:
Add the garlic
Pour in the honey
Add the vinegar
Stir well
Mix until everything is combined.
Let it infuse
