Protein Power Breakfast Bowl (47g Protein)
Ingredients (serves 1):
4 large eggs (24g protein)
1 scoop whey protein powder (20–25g protein, depending on brand)
1/4 cup oats (3g protein)
1/2 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt (about 10g protein)
Optional toppings: berries, nuts, cinnamon, or nut butter
Instructions:
Cook the eggs – scramble, boil, or make an omelet, your choice.
Mix the protein oats – combine oats with water or milk and microwave/cook for 1–2 minutes. Stir in protein powder.
Assemble your bowl – place cooked eggs and protein oats in a bowl. Add Greek yogurt on the side.
Add toppings – sprinkle with berries, cinnamon, or a small spoon of nut butter if desired.
💡 Tip: To save time, you can prep the oats and yogurt the night before and just cook the eggs in the morning.
