🍯 Sticky Sweet 4-Ingredient Chicken
Ingredients:
4–6 chicken thighs or drumsticks (bone-in or boneless)
1 cup apricot preserves (or peach jam)
1 packet dry onion soup mix
½ cup French dressing (or Catalina dressing)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a bowl, mix together:
Apricot preserves
Onion soup mix
French/Catalina dressing
(It should form a thick, sweet, tangy sauce.)
Place chicken in a baking dish.
Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken.
Bake uncovered for 45–60 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and the sauce is thick and sticky.
Spoon extra sauce over the chicken before serving.
Optional tips:
Serve over rice to soak up that addictive sauce.
Add a little chili flakes if you want a sweet-spicy kick.
You can also make this in a slow cooker (cook on low 4–6 hours).
