🍖 Delicious Oven-Baked BBQ Ribs
🧾 Ingredients:
1–1.5 kg pork ribs (or beef ribs)
1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite)
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
👨🍳 Instructions:
- Prep the ribs
Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs (makes them more tender).
Rub the ribs with salt, pepper, and paprika. - Wrap and bake
Wrap the ribs tightly in foil.
Place on a baking tray and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until very tender. - Make the sauce
In a bowl, mix:
BBQ sauce
Honey
Ketchup
Soy sauce
Garlic - Glaze and finish
Remove ribs from foil and place on a tray.
Brush generously with the sauce.
Increase oven to 220°C (430°F) and bake uncovered for 10–15 minutes
(or broil for a caramelized, sticky finish). - Serve
Let rest 5 minutes, slice, and serve with extra sauce.
🔥 Tips:
For extra flavor, marinate the ribs in the sauce for a few hours before baking.
Add a little chili flakes if you like heat.
Serve with fries, salad, or bread.
