1 teaspoon instant yeast

Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add liquids
Pour in warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough
Knead for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
(You can add a little flour if it’s too sticky.)
Let it rise
Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Shape the dough
Punch it down, shape into a small round loaf that fits your air fryer basket.
Second rise (optional but better!)
Let it rest another 15–20 minutes for extra fluffiness.
Air fry
Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F)
Place dough in a lined or lightly oiled basket
Cook for 15–18 minutes
Check doneness
Tap the bread—if it sounds hollow, it’s ready. If not, cook 2–3 more minutes.
