📝 Ingredients
For the filling:
4 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the crisp topping:
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cold butter (cut into small cubes)

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Prepare the filling:
In a large bowl, mix strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and vanilla.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
Make the topping:
In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Add cold butter and use your fingers or a fork to mix until crumbly.
Assemble:
Sprinkle the crisp topping evenly over the strawberries.
Bake:
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the filling is bubbling.
Cool slightly before serving.
