π₯ Creamy 5-Ingredient Low-Carb Tuna Bake
π Ingredients
2 cans tuna (drained)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cauliflower florets (lightly steamed)
Optional (but recommended):
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder or onion powder
Fresh parsley for garnish

Preheat oven
Set your oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
Prepare cauliflower
Lightly steam or microwave the cauliflower until just tender (donβt overcook).
Mix the base
In a bowl, combine:
Tuna
Heavy cream
Mayonnaise
Half of the shredded cheese
Mix well until creamy.
Combine
Add the cauliflower to the mixture and gently stir. Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
Assemble
Pour everything into a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake
Bake for 20β25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Serve
Let it cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
