π₯© Garlic Butter Steak Bites
π§ Ingredients:
500g steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp paprika (optional)
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp fresh thyme or parsley (optional)
π³ Instructions:
Pat the steak dry with paper towels (helps get a nice sear).
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat.
Add steak pieces in a single layer (donβt overcrowd).
Sear for 2β3 minutes per side until browned.
Reduce heat, add butter and garlic.
Spoon the melted garlic butter over the steak for 1β2 minutes.
Sprinkle herbs if using, then remove from heat.
π₯ Creamy Mashed Potatoes
π§ Ingredients:
4 large potatoes (peeled & chopped)
3 tbsp butter
Β½ cup milk (warm)
Salt to taste
Optional: garlic powder or cream cheese for extra creaminess
π³ Instructions:
Boil potatoes in salted water for 15β20 minutes until fork-tender.
Drain and mash until smooth.
Add butter and warm milk gradually.
Season with salt (and garlic powder if desired).
Mix until creamy and fluffy.
