π Slow Cooker Baby Back Ribs (5 Ingredients)
π Ingredients:
1.5β2 kg pork baby back ribs
1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite)
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
π¨βπ³ Instructions:
Prep the ribs
Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs (this helps them get more tender).
Cut the ribs into sections if needed to fit your slow cooker.
Make the sauce
In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
Load the slow cooker
Place the ribs inside the slow cooker.
Pour the sauce mixture all over, making sure the ribs are well coated.
Cook low and slow
Cover and cook on LOW for 6β8 hours or HIGH for 3β4 hours until tender.
Optional (but recommended!)
For a sticky, caramelized finish, place the cooked ribs on a baking tray, brush with extra sauce, and broil in the oven for 5β7 minutes.

Serve with fries, rice, or a fresh salad.
Add a pinch of chili flakes if you like a little heat.
The longer they cook (on LOW), the more tender they get!
