🥒 Zero Point Cucumber “Bang” Snack
Ingredients
2 large cucumbers (sliced or chopped)
1–2 tbsp lemon juice (or lime juice)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional but boosts tang)
1 tsp olive oil (optional)
1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chili flakes (or more if you like heat)
1/2 tsp paprika (or smoked paprika for extra flavor)
1 small garlic clove (minced) or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Fresh chopped parsley or coriander (optional)
Optional add-ins (for extra “bang”)
Thinly sliced red onion
A pinch of cumin
A few drops of hot sauce
Sesame seeds
Instructions
Prep cucumbers: Slice or chop cucumbers and place them in a bowl.
Make the dressing: In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, chili flakes, paprika, and garlic.
Toss together: Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and mix well.
Let it sit: Rest for 5–10 minutes so the flavors soak in.
Finish: Sprinkle herbs on top and serve cold.
Tip
If you want extra crunch, use Persian or baby cucumbers and don’t peel them.
