🥒 Fresh Cucumber Lemonade
Ingredients
1 large cucumber (peeled and sliced)
2–3 lemons (juiced)
2–3 cups cold water
1–2 tablespoons honey or a natural sweetener (optional)
A few fresh mint leaves (optional, but great!)
Ice cubes
Instructions
Blend the cucumber
Add sliced cucumber and 1 cup of water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Strain (optional)
Pour through a sieve if you prefer a smoother drink.
Add lemon juice
Mix in freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Sweeten (optional)
Add honey or your preferred sweetener to taste.
Dilute & chill
Add remaining water and stir well. Serve over ice.
Optional boost
Add mint leaves for extra freshness.
How to Drink
1–2 cups per day is fine
Best enjoyed cold, especially before meals or during hot weather
