**Ingredients:

  • Salt & black pepper 🧂
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Greek yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 🌿
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Cooked rice or quinoa (for serving)

**Directions:
