Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken
Ingredients (serves 4):
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Season & Sear: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Make Sauce: In the same pan, melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
Add Cheese: Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly.
Simmer Chicken: Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over it. Simmer 5–7 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes.
This dish is creamy, comforting, and easy to make again and again—which explains why you’re on your 4th round tonight! 😄
If you want, I can also give a shortcut version that only needs 5 ingredients and one pan, perfect for repeat dinners. Do you want me to do that?
