Healthy Greek Yogurt Chocolate Chip Cookies with Melty Centers
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup oat flour
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix yogurt, honey, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in oat flour, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips.
Scoop dough onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are set and centers stay melty.
Cool slightly before serving.
