๐ Ingredients (2 servings)
1 package cheese or spinach ravioli (fresh or frozen)
1ยฝ cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Chili flakes (optional, for a little kick ๐ถ๏ธ)
Fresh basil (or dried basil)
Parmesan cheese (optional)

Boil the ravioli
Cook in salted water according to the package. Drain and set aside.
Sautรฉ the tomatoes
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add garlic โ cook ~30 seconds (donโt let it burn).
Add tomatoes + a pinch of salt. Cook 3โ5 minutes until soft and juicy.
Bring it together
Add cooked ravioli into the pan. Gently toss to coat in the tomato juices.
Season & finish
Add black pepper, chili flakes (if using), and basil.
Taste and adjust salt.
Serve it up
Top with Parmesan and extra basil. Eat immediately ๐
