🧾 Ingredients
6–8 pork sausages
2 large onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Brown the sausages (optional but recommended):
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausages for 3–4 minutes until lightly golden.
Prepare the slow cooker:
Add sliced onions and garlic to the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add sausages:
Place the sausages on top of the onions.
Make the sauce:
In a bowl, mix beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper.
Cook:
Pour the sauce over everything.
Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or
HIGH for 3–4 hours.
Thicken the gravy:
Mix cornstarch with water and stir it into the slow cooker during the last 15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
