π― 4-Ingredient Sticky Sweet Bars
π§Ύ Ingredients:
1 sleeve (about 30β35) buttery crackers (like Ritz)
1 cup (225g) unsalted butter
1 cup (200g) brown sugar
1Β½β2 cups chocolate chips
π©βπ³ Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper or foil.
Arrange crackers in a single layer to cover the bottom.
In a saucepan over medium heat:
Melt butter
Add brown sugar
Stir continuously until it starts bubbling
Let it boil for 2β3 minutes (this makes the sticky caramel)
Pour the hot caramel evenly over the crackers.
Bake for 5β7 minutes until bubbly.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Let sit 2β3 minutes, then spread melted chocolate evenly.
Let cool completely, then refrigerate until firm.
Break or cut into bars.
