π Oreo Fluff Stuffed Strawberries
π§Ύ Ingredients:
20β25 fresh strawberries (large, ripe)
12β15 Oreo cookies (crushed)
1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
2β3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: 100 g cream cheese (for extra richness)
π©βπ³ Instructions:
- Prep the strawberries
Wash and dry the strawberries.
Cut off the tops and carefully hollow out the center using a small knife or spoon. - Make the Oreo fluff
In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then whip until fluffy.
(Optional) In another bowl, soften the cream cheese and mix it in for a thicker filling.
Fold in the crushed Oreos gently. - Fill the strawberries
Spoon or pipe the Oreo fluff mixture into each hollowed strawberry. - Chill & serve
Refrigerate for 20β30 minutes before serving for best texture.
β¨ Tips:
Use a piping bag (or plastic bag with the corner cut) for a cleaner look.
Sprinkle extra crushed Oreos on top for decoration.
Serve cold for the best flavor!
