500 g ground beef
4–5 medium potatoes (peeled and diced)
2 cups milk
(Optional: salt & pepper if you have them)

Cook the beef
In a large skillet or pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Break it up as it cooks.
Add potatoes
Toss in the diced potatoes and stir to combine with the beef.
Pour in milk
Add the milk until everything is just covered. Bring to a gentle simmer.
Simmer slowly
Cook uncovered on low heat for about 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until:
Potatoes are tender
Milk thickens into a creamy sauce
Season (optional)
Add salt and pepper to taste.
