1 packet onion soup mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup beef broth

Add beef to the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix:

onion soup mix
beef broth
Pour mixture over the beef and stir slightly to coat.
Cover and cook:
Low: 6–8 hours
High: 3–4 hours
