🍗 Creamy Garlic Chicken (10-Minute Prep)
🧾 Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
5–6 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions
Season the chicken
Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Sear the chicken
Heat oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Remove and set aside.
Make the garlic sauce
In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds (don’t burn it).
Add liquids
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add cheese & seasoning
Stir in Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Let it thicken slightly (2–3 minutes).
Combine
Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over it, and simmer another 2–3 minutes.
Serve
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
