π Ingredients:
700 g β 1 kg beef chunks (stew meat or chuck roast, cubed)
1 can (300β400 g) cream of mushroom soup
1 packet onion soup mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup beef broth

Add beef to the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix:
cream of mushroom soup
onion soup mix
beef broth
Pour mixture over the beef and stir slightly to coat.
Cover and cook:
Low: 6β8 hours
High: 3β4 hours
About 15β20 minutes before serving, stir in the sour cream.
Let it heat through until creamy and smooth.
