π¦ Sheet Pan Garlic Lemon Shrimp (3 Ingredients!)

Ingredients:
1 bag frozen raw shrimp (peeled & deveined, tails on or off)
3β4 cloves garlic (minced) or 1β2 tsp garlic powder
2β3 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon (or 2 tbsp bottled lemon juice)
Salt & black pepper (optional, to taste)
Optional: chopped parsley or chili flakes for extra flavor
π₯ Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).
Spread frozen shrimp directly onto a sheet pan in a single layer (no need to thaw).
Add flavor:
Drizzle olive oil over the shrimp
Add garlic
Squeeze lemon juice over everything
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes
Toss lightly right on the pan to coat evenly.
Bake for 12β15 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until shrimp are pink, opaque, and slightly golden.
Finish & serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley if you like
Serve with rice, pasta, or crusty bread to soak up the juices
π‘ Tips:
If your shrimp release water, just drain halfway through cooking for better roasting.
Add sliced zucchini, asparagus, or cherry tomatoes to the pan for a full meal.
