π₯© Slow Cooker Chuck Roast & Potatoes (5 Ingredients)
π Ingredients
1.5β2 kg chuck roast
5β6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
1 packet onion soup mix
1 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Layer the potatoes
Place the chopped potatoes at the bottom of your slow cooker.
Add the roast
Put the chuck roast directly on top of the potatoes.
Season
Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the roast.
Add liquids
Pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over everything.
Cook low and slow
Cook on LOW for 8β10 hours
Or HIGH for 5β6 hours
Serve
The meat should be fall-apart tender. Spoon some of the juices over the roast and potatoes before serving.

Add carrots or onions for extra flavor
Thicken the juices with a little cornstarch slurry for a gravy
