Brown Sugar Chops Recipe
Sweet, buttery, and full of rich caramelized flavor—these pork chops are simple and delicious!
Ingredients
4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
4 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish and place the pork chops inside.
In a small bowl, mix:
brown sugar
garlic powder
paprika
salt
black pepper
Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
Place 1 tablespoon of butter on top of each pork chop.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and nicely caramelized.
For extra golden tops, broil for the last 2–3 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
