Cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch Bubble-Up Bake 🧀🥓
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 green onions, sliced (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cut each biscuit into 4 small pieces and place in a large bowl.
Add cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese to the bowl.
In another bowl, mix together sour cream, milk, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
Pour the ranch mixture over the biscuit mixture and gently stir until everything is well coated.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
