🦀 Creamy Crockpot Imitation Crab (4 Ingredients)
Ingredients
1 block (or 2 cups) imitation crab, chopped or shredded
1 can (10.5 oz / 300 g) cream of mushroom soup
1 block (8 oz / 225 g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk (or half-and-half for extra richness)
Optional: black pepper, garlic powder, chopped parsley
Instructions
Add everything to the crockpot
Place cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, milk, and imitation crab into the slow cooker.
Stir lightly
Break up the cream cheese a bit so it melts evenly.
Cook
Low: 2–3 hours
High: 1–1.5 hours
Stir once or twice while it cooks so it becomes smooth and creamy.
Finish & serve Taste and add pepper or garlic powder if you want more flavor.
