Crispy Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes π₯π§π§
After tasting these, you may never want potatoes any other wayβtheyβre crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and packed with garlic parmesan flavor!
Ingredients
2 lbs (900g) baby potatoes or Yukon Gold potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Optional: 2 tablespoons melted butter for extra richness
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).
Wash and halve the potatoes (quarter if large).
In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Add Parmesan cheese and mix well so the potatoes are fully coated.
Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast for 35β40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Drizzle with melted butter if using, then sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
