Ingredients
2 cups unsweetened Greek yogurt (or plain sugar-free yogurt)
1 packet sugar-free jelly powder (any flavor, like strawberry or lemon)
1 cup hot water

Instructions
In a bowl, dissolve the sugar-free jelly powder in 1 cup of hot water. Stir well until completely dissolved.
Let it cool for 5–10 minutes (do not let it set).
Add the unsweetened Greek yogurt and whisk until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into small dessert cups or one serving dish.
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm and chilled.
