Ginger-Lemon Clove Wellness Drink
Ingredients
1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger (sliced)
1 lemon (sliced)
4–5 whole cloves
2 cups water
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
1 small cinnamon stick (optional)
Instructions
Add water to a small pot and bring to a gentle boil.
Add sliced ginger, lemon slices, and cloves.
If using, add the cinnamon stick.
Let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Strain into a cup.
Stir in honey if desired.
Drink warm, preferably once in the morning for 3 days.
