Guava Ginger Drink
Ingredients
2 ripe guavas
1 small piece fresh ginger
2 cups water
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
A few mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
Wash and chop the guavas.
Peel and slice the ginger.
Add guava, ginger, and water to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Strain if you prefer a smoother drink.
Add lemon juice and honey if desired.
Chill and serve.
How to use
Drink 1 glass in the morning or afternoon as part of a balanced diet.
It may be refreshing and nutritious, but it won’t act like insulin or guarantee hair growth.
