Luxurious Beef Pasta in Creamy Garlic Sauce 🍝✨
🥩 Ingredients
For the beef:
300–400 g beef (sirloin, tenderloin, or ground beef)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper
1 tsp paprika (optional)
For the pasta:
250 g pasta (penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti)
Water + salt (for boiling)
Creamy garlic sauce:
2 tbsp butter
4–5 garlic cloves (minced)
1 cup cooking cream (or heavy cream)
½ cup milk
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional but recommended)
1 tsp Italian herbs or oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: chili flakes for a slight kick 🌶️
👨🍳 Instructions
- Cook the pasta
Boil salted water.
Cook pasta until al dente.
Drain and set aside (save a little pasta water). - Cook the beef
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add beef, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cook until browned and juicy.
Remove and set aside. - Make the creamy garlic sauce
In the same pan, melt butter.
Add minced garlic and sauté 1–2 minutes (don’t burn it).
Pour in cream + milk.
Stir well and let it simmer gently.
Add Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth.
Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. - Combine everything
Add cooked pasta into the sauce.
Add beef back in.
Toss everything together.
If too thick, add a splash of pasta water. - Serve 🍽
Top with extra Parmesan and parsley if you like.
Serve hot and creamy!
