Crockpot Lil Smokies, Potatoes & Green Beans
A simple, hearty slow cooker meal with smoky sausage, tender potatoes, and flavorful green beans!
Ingredients
2 (14 oz) packages lil smokies sausages
1 ½ lbs baby potatoes, halved (or red potatoes, chopped)
1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup chicken broth
Instructions
Wash and prep the potatoes and green beans.
Add potatoes to the bottom of the slow cooker.
Layer green beans on top, then add the lil smokies.
In a small bowl, mix:
melted butter
garlic
onion powder
Italian seasoning
smoked paprika
salt
black pepper
Pour the seasoning mixture evenly over everything.
Add chicken broth around the sides.
Cover and cook:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Gently stir before serving and spoon the buttery sauce over the top.

Shredded cheddar cheese
Crumbled bacon
Red pepper flakes for heat
Ranch seasoning for extra flavor
