Simple Beetroot Health Mix Recipe
Ingredients
2 medium fresh beetroots
1 carrot (optional)
1 small piece fresh ginger
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 cup water
Instructions
Wash, peel, and chop the beetroots into small pieces.
Add beetroot, carrot, ginger, lemon juice, honey, and water to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Strain if you prefer a smoother juice.
Pour into a glass and serve fresh.
How to Use
Drink 1 small glass in the morning
Best enjoyed fresh, 3–4 times per week
Optional Version
You can also make a simple beetroot salad:
Boiled beetroot
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt
Fresh parsley
Mix and serve chilled.
