Easy Weekly Favorite Bake
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Salt and black pepper to taste
Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a casserole dish lightly with butter or cooking spray.
Arrange sliced potatoes evenly in the bottom of the dish. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Place chicken on top of the potatoes.
In a bowl, mix heavy cream, ranch seasoning, garlic, and melted butter.
Pour the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken and potatoes.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top, and bake uncovered for another 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
