Garlic Butter Cream Steak 🥩🧄🧈🤍
A rich, creamy steak dish with tender beef, garlic butter, and a smooth savory sauce.
Ingredients
2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Season both steaks generously with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear steaks for 3–4 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until nicely browned and cooked to your liking.
Remove steaks from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter.
Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in beef broth and scrape up the flavorful bits from the pan.
Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce becomes smooth and slightly thickened.
Return steaks to the skillet and spoon the creamy garlic butter sauce over them.
Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
