Air Fryer Poached Eggs
Ingredients
2 large eggs
2 small ramekins or oven-safe bowls
2–3 tablespoons water (for each ramekin)
Cooking spray or a little oil (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Chopped parsley or chives (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes.
Lightly grease the ramekins if desired.
Add 2–3 tablespoons of water into each ramekin.
Crack 1 egg into each ramekin, directly over the water.
Carefully place the ramekins into the air fryer basket.
Cook for 5–7 minutes, depending on how runny or firm you like the yolk:
5 minutes = softer yolk
6–7 minutes = firmer yolk
Carefully remove the ramekins (they’ll be hot).
Use a spoon to gently lift the eggs out, drain excess water, and season with salt and pepper.
Serve on toast, avocado toast, salad, rice bowls, or English muffins.
Tips
Check at 5 minutes since air fryers vary.
For extra flavor, sprinkle with chili flakes or grated parmesan.
