Juicy Restaurant-Style Chicken Dinner
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon butter
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and sear for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add butter and garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and scrape up the flavorful bits from the pan.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
Cover and cook on low for 8–10 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and juicy.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
