Air-Fried Crispy Cauliflower
Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for low-carb version)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions
Wash and dry the cauliflower florets well.
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil until evenly coated.
In another bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs (or almond flour), garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Coat each cauliflower floret in the seasoning mixture, pressing lightly so it sticks.
Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for 3 minutes.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Arrange cauliflower in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with ranch dip, garlic yogurt sauce, or your favorite dip.
