Slow Cooker Olive Garden Chicken Pasta
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 bottle (16 oz) Olive Garden Italian Dressing
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup milk (optional, for extra creaminess)
1 lb pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine work well)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Pour the Olive Garden Italian dressing over the chicken.
Add the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Cover and cook:
Low for 5–6 hours
or High for 3–4 hours
Once the chicken is tender, shred it using two forks.
Stir everything together until creamy. Add milk if needed for a smoother sauce.
Cook the pasta according to package directions, then drain.
Mix the cooked pasta into the slow cooker, or serve the creamy chicken over the pasta.
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
