3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Sunday Roast
A simple, rich, fall-apart beef recipe with big flavor using just 3 ingredients.
Ingredients
1 beef chuck roast (about 1.5–2 kg / 3–4 lbs)
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
Place the beef chuck roast into the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix evenly over the roast.
Spread the cream of mushroom soup on top.
Cover and cook on low for 8–10 hours or high for 5–6 hours, until the meat is tender and falls apart easily with a fork.
Shred slightly and serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or vegetables.
